You get a clear proposal: deliverables, pricing, responsibilities and an estimated schedule.
04
Design, build and review
We design and develop the agreed project, with clear points for you to review along the way.
05
Launch and handover
We prepare the release, put it live and explain how everything works and what happens next.

// 04Questions
Frequently asked
Can I get in touch with only a rough idea?
Yes — that's a great place to start. You don't need a finished brief or technical knowledge. Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll help shape it.
Can you improve something I already have?
Yes. Redesigns, new features and improvements to existing websites and apps are all welcome. We'll look at what's there before recommending anything.
Do you build websites as well as apps?
Yes. KODE builds websites and online stores, web and mobile apps, custom tools, games and interactive experiences.
Can my project connect to tools I already use?
Often, yes. Many services offer ways to connect. We check what your specific tools support during scoping, before anything is promised.
What affects the price?
Mainly the size of the project, the features and integrations it needs, whether content and design already exist, and any support needed after launch. Pricing is set out clearly in your proposal before work starts.
How is the timeline agreed?
As part of the scope. Once the deliverables are clear, we agree an estimated schedule with review points along the way.
What do I need to provide?
Your goals, examples of things you like, and any existing content, brand assets or account access the project needs. We'll tell you exactly what's useful as we go.
What happens after launch?
We hand over the finished project and explain how it works. Further development, updates or support can be agreed separately if you need them.
Can the product be expanded later?
Yes. Projects are planned so they can grow — starting with a focused first version is often the smartest way to begin.
Who owns the finished work?
Ownership and licensing are set out clearly in your proposal, so you know exactly what you're getting before work begins.
// Start a conversation
Tell us what you have in mind.
You might have a clear brief, an early idea or a problem you're not sure how to solve yet. Start there.
Every project starts with a conversation. We'll help define the right approach, scope and next steps.
You don't need a finished brief.
